Our world is changing with incredible pace challenging today’s organizations with the demand of constant reformation. Besides technological and product innovation, fundamental reconsidering of business models and management practices, new organization-governance and leadership approaches as well as innovative human resource management solutions are also getting more and more into the spotlight of interest. The HR Innovator Awards was founded with the mission of creating a widely visible platform for sharing experiences and knowledge and fostering a country-wide conversation between HR professionals on the base of the most revolutionary company’s success stories. We would like to inspire HR and business professionals to think outside the box and have the courage to experiment new approaches. Because we truly believe in innovation and that together we are capable of much more than apart.
Submissions to the 2015 competition represented a wide variety of innovative human resource management practices including topics such as motivation systems, trainee programs, talent management, internal communications, leadership development, leadership mentoring, recruitment and selection, change management, cultural change, employee engagement, health care and stress management, e-learning, gamified training and development, Gen Y and network research.
Submitted case studies were evaluated by a distinguished panel of Judges of Hungary’s most recognized practising and academic HR experts.
