Inspired by the success of the HR Innovator Awards in 2016 we had an even bigger dream. We decided to expand the scope of the Awards therefore we opened up the the application to a wider – this time international – audience searching for revolutionary case studies in the topics of innovative business models, organization governance approaches, leadership and management practices and technological innovations.
22 projects were submitted in the first round of the competition. Some of the presented case studies were from distant countries such as Brazil or Malaysia, while many applicants represented Hungary. Both non-profit and for-profit organizations, services and industrial companies participated in the competition.
The best applications represented various topics such as innovation management, engaging leadership, strategic controlling as well as multi-generational management practices. Besides a detailed description, each project was presented in a 2-minute video and a poster presentation, which are available for the public on the Awards’ website, where the audience could make their votes, too.

Members of the distinguished Jury were internationally recognized management innovation experts.
